Ingredients for SCAMPI on the road

500 | g | Butter |

Instructions for SCAMPI on the road
To prepare the SCAMPI on the road recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oven to 300 degrees. Arrow the prawns with the exception of the tail shell. Clean and rinse them well and put them in a large skillet greased with it most of the olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and paprika and style shrimp in the oven.
After seven minutes take the pan out and pour over the prawns with lemon juice, chopped Mint, garlic, vinegar and parsley. Pour the last splash of oil over them, set the pan over the fire and add the butter, oreganoen and a little water. Put a lid over the Pan and let it all cook for a few minutes until the sauce is thick enough to hang by the spoon.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
