Instructions for Scallops
To prepare the Scallops recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt butter with other ingredients for marinade. Overburden the mussels with marinade and let them stand and drag, turn them over and over again.
Then spread them in an ovenproof dish or in the cleaned lubricated shellfish if you have them, or porcelain.
Sprinkle them with a thin layer of rasp and place them in the oven at 225-250 degrees C. alm. Oven for 8-10 minutes, or under the grill until they are light golden.
Serve with good bread to suck the juice from the dish / shells.
