To prepare the Samsø salmon with herb sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Salmon crunch is split into 4 pieces and FRY in butter in a frying pan at medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
The cream in a saucepan, brought to the boil and cook for it has a light creamy texture (can possibly be smoothed over with corn flour). The cream will be taken off the heat and add the dill and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
The carrots in a pot of boiling water along with asparagus and scallions, and cook for about 1 minute, then accompaniments ready.
Potato caraway in a pot and brought to the boil. When they get rid of a knife, taken by the heat and the water poured by (cooking time, approx. 15 – 20 minutes) the potatoes may be sprinkled with parsley.
Serving: the salmon is served on a plate or a platter with the vegetables and sauce nicely decked out on the salmon. A little shrimp placed on the salmon, along with a lemon slice.
