Instructions for Sambal Goreng Daging

To prepare the Sambal Goreng Daging recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into strips. Stir and clean the chillies and cut them into thin strips. Cut ½ of the spring bulbs into 4 to 5 cm long strips. The rest in narrow rings. Squeeze the garlic cloves and tear the ginger. Warm oline in a wok add the meat and chili strips together with the ginger and garlic. Swallow it all at high heat for 4-6 minutes while stirring.
