To prepare the Salmon with potato puree recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put salmon fillets on baking paper in a small baking pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the lemon rind, chopped parsley and crushed or finely chopped garlic. Advantage mixture over the salmon pieces. Drizzle with olive oil. Put wax paper over fish Style salmon in the lower half of the oven at 220 degrees c. alm. oven and bake the fish 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of fish.
