Ingredients for Salmon roll

1 | dl | Cream 13% |
2 | tbsp | Lemon juice. freshly squeezed |
200 | g | Cream cheese, plain |
3 | Eggs | |
300 | g | Salmon cold smoked |
4 | tbsp | Basil, fresh |
400 | g | Spinach, fresh cusp for stems |
Instructions for Salmon roll
To prepare the Salmon roll recipe, please follow these instructions:
The egg yolks are stirred together with salt, pepper, minced spinach and cream. The egg whites are whipped stiff and added to the pulp.
The mass is poured onto the baking sheet coated with baking paper. It must be for approx. ½-1 cm. thickness. Bake at 200 degrees C alm. Oven for 20 minutes or until the roulade gas is solid and golden brown.
Mix cream cheese with salt and pepper, lemon juice and chopped fresh basil. Grease the mixture on the roulade after it has cooled. Finally, put the smoked salmon in slices and roll the roulade carefully together (also hot-smoked salmon picked in small slices can be used).
The roulade must be in my fridge. One hour before serving.

Can be served with flutes, dressing, tomato boats and egg with caviar
