Oranges peeled and shared. The leaves are clipped by well karsen. Fennel is cleaned, the stalk is cut out with an obliquely cut and the tuber cut into very thin slices. The vegetables are arranged in a bowl with the Orange and nuts. Olive oil, vinegar and spices, shake to a dressing and pour over.
