To prepare the Saganaki 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the cheese into large square pieces.
Turn the pieces into flour and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir the cheese in olive oil until it is golden brown on both sides. Be careful when turning the pieces. Dip the feta with juice from the cirrton. Server feta on a bottom of salad.
