Add cream, vanilla, egg and sugar to cream and add the soaked, diluted house leaf. The cream is cooled and the cracked rye bread is stirred in. It is poured over a thick fruit compote, preferably rhubarb, and when the desert is cold it is sprained with whipped cream.
