Ingredients for Rugbrødsis

75 | g | Dark rye bread |
Instructions for Rugbrødsis
To prepare the Rugbrødsis recipe, please follow these instructions:
The rye bread is torn off, possibly. In a blender and shake golden on a pan with chopped hazelnuts, 50 g sugar and a small stick butter - let it cool off.
Whip 3 egg whites stiff, add 2 tbsp. Sugar and whip again add 2 tbsp. Sugar, whip and continue until there is a total of 175 g of sugar.
Whip 4 dl of whipped cream stiff and fold the egg whites together with the rye bread and possibly. Chopped dark chocolate - come in a nice shape and freeze for 3-4 hours.
At the serving, it dissolves until it drops, possibly. Dip in warm water for a few seconds and decorate with whole hazelnuts and whipped cream of 1 dl whipped cream.
