Instructions for Rose Bread II
To prepare the Rose Bread II recipe, please follow these instructions:
The milk and dissolve the yeast that lunes, however, must not be warmed with. Wheat flour and the other ingredients kneaded in a uniform dough, which raises to double in size in a warm place, covered.
The dough is divided into 2 equal parts, which is shaped into balls, who is resting a few minutes. The bullets are shaped for sausages in ca. 35 cm's length, which put on a greased plate, where they must stand a few minutes before they are pressed flat in ca. 12 cm's wide.
If you would fill in loaves, roll dejkuglen out in 22 cm's wide and 35 cm's length, and half of remoncen lubrication on each piece, and then the sides folded to the Center, and the loaves are placed on a greased plate with the fold down.
Pricked with a fork (thoroughly) evenly over the whole thing and after raising to double in size in a warm place, covered.
Bake on the middle oven at 220 degrees C Groove in 12-15 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
When the loaves are cooled, they glaseres. Each bread cut into 12 PCs., when the glaze is cut fixed.
