Instructions for Romfromage IIII
To prepare the Romfromage IIII recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cream and vanilla are cooked. Egg yolks and flour are stirred and the boiling cream is whipped in again.
The house blossom is soaked in cold water, twisted hard and comes directly into the pan. It is whipped over low heat, until it gets a bit thicker, but do not boil.
The cream is poured into a bowl and cooled. When it is stiff, add room.
When it is again stiffening, add whipped cream and staple whipped whites and add off to taste. When the flour is stiff, pour it into a bowl, serving glass or edge shape, rinse with cold water and sprinkle with sugar .......
