My favorite food has always been mashed potatoes! -I could eat oceans of it as little and still I love the feeling of the delicious airy mash in the mouth uhmmmmmmmm mums! But as the age pushes (hrm hrm), I have begun mixing delicious things in order to get a little variation; And cream is one of the fast; o)
Here I have brought hazelnuts and it provided an absolutely fantastic sublement for a tuna steak and a delicious salad.
Peel the roots and cut them into excessive pieces. Cook them WITHOUT salt in plenty of water for 20-25 minutes (depending on size you cut them), chop the nuts into a minihakker and when the roots are finished, gently mash them and whip them with cream and salt. Taste the mash; Personally I would like to have a little salt and the cream and the potatoes require a little more than usual.
Add nuts and stir around. bum
