To prepare the Ris à l'amande for diabetics recipe, please follow these instructions:
The pears, milk, water and chopped vanilla bars are cooked to porridge at low heat for approx. 40 min the crop is cooled and the vanilla rod is taken up.
The almonds are sliced and chopped. Add the almonds, the cream is seasoned with sweetener. The cream is whipped stiff and turned into the crop.
Ris à l'a mande is served with cherries sauce for diabetics.
