To prepare the Rice fruit mash with cheddar recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel all the root vegetables, cut them into smaller pieces and put them in a saucepan.
Pour water into the pan so it just covers.
Lay the lid on the pan and cook the root vegetables for 20 minutes.
Pour the water off.
Mash the root crops with a hand mixer as you pour the grated cheese down for a little while.
Add milk and mash further.
Season with salt and pepper.
Server with a good steak or other meat.
