To prepare the Rice a la Mande (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rice bread: Put the water in a saucepan. Half of the milk is added and boiled. The rice is sprinkled with stirring. The rest of the milk is added. The saucepan is cooked at low heat for approx. 50 min. Stir occasionally. Season with salt.
The rice flour may be cooled. Overnight in a refrigerator. After cooling, the cream is mixed with cheasy after taste. Served with berries.
