Instructions for Ribs on grill and oven
To prepare the Ribs on grill and oven recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rub salt well into ribs.
Put the ball on the edge of a ball grill.
Put a round aluminum tray with 5 dl of water in the middle of the hills.
Lay the grate over, put the ribs on the grate and close the lid.
Leave ribs for 1½ hours, lifting the lid and looking at it every half hour.
Move the ribs into a refractory dish.
Put it in a cold oven and turn on 200 degrees.
Leave it in the oven for an hour.
Take it out, cut it into desired pieces and serve it.
tips:
This recipe came by accident, as we would really have grilled a ribbon, but the coals did not last long enough and we were therefore forced to move it over to the oven. However, it turned out to be the perfect ribbon in this way, as it really was delicious and tender and the bumps were lovely crunchy.
