To prepare the Rhubarb sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the rhubarb, cut into small thin slices that steams for approximately 10 min. with water and sugar. Cool off. pour into a bowl and placed in the freezer and freeze for "grødis". So, beat whites until very stiff and in this florsukkeret. When this is mixed stirred mass in rhubarb meringue-ice, mix well and the ice freezes again, but stir once in a while to the ice is completely frozen.
Tips:
Tastes great just sliced up in the glass. Dry rather quickly up
