12 | slices | 1 ½ cm thick revelsben without legs |

Instructions for Revelsben marinated in beer and honey
To prepare the Revelsben marinated in beer and honey recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle the meat with salt and let it soak about 1 hour.
Warm beer and melt the brown sugar in it. Add the honey, vanilliekorn, whole chillies, grated orange zest, juice of ½ Orange and ½ lemon. Put the meat in the marinade for an hour.
Put the slices in a roasting pan on the grate. Put them in a cold oven. Turn the oven on 180 gr rose to meat is tender. Turn the slices after about 25 min. total time approximately 45 min.
Tips:
Served with potatoes and/or root vegetables, spinach or green langkål.
