To prepare the Red wine marinade recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir in red wine, grated zest and juice of lemon and orange, minced shallots and garlic, honey, crushed juniper berries and pepper to the marinade, and pour it over the meat. Style it in the refrigerator and let it marinate for approx. 6 hours. Turn on and off the meat. Scrape the spices for the meat and Pat it dry. Suitable for marinating the culotte steaks and roasts.
