To prepare the Red wine granite with rosemary recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil wine, water and sugar. Pour the mixture into a deep plate, bring the rosemary and let it cool to room temperature. Take the rosemary and style the dish in the freezer and let it freeze to a fixed block. Scrape the ice with a fork and serve the crystals in a glass.

As the granite is not super sweet, it is perfect for cleansing the palate with between two dishes.

tips:
The granite can easily be varied, I have successfully tried red wine and laurel, white wine and lemon / lime, and many others. I use a little more sugar when I use white wine.
