To prepare the Red casserole in cucumber and koriander sauce (microwave) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the cucumber and cut it into 4 pieces. Remove the kernels and cut the meat into slices.
Put the cucumber pieces and half of the butter, mustard onion, half of lemon juice, salt and pepper in a serving dish. Put the lid on and put it in the oven for 4 minutes at 100%.
Mix the mixture and add the cream. Heats 1 minute without lid at 100%.
Place the plaice fillets in the serving dish and add the rest of the butter. Sprinkle coriander over the fish, add the rest of lemon juice and spices. Lay the lid on and step the fish 2 minutes on each side at 100%.
Turn the fish into the cucumber sauce and sprinkle the chopped chicken. If necessary, the dish is heated for 30 seconds at 100%.
