The red cabbage is divided and the stick is removed. The red cabbage is cut very nicely. The cabbage is treated in the same way.

Walnuts are chopped roughly.

The oranges are knife-peeled (peel removed), cut orange fillets between the lamellae and squeeze the juice of the orange residue into a bowl of marinade.
