Instructions for Raw potatoes
To prepare the Raw potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices with a sharp knife. Put the potatoes in a bowl of cold water and let them pull approx. 10 min.
Let them drip onto the kitchen roll.

TIP: If you want to cut the potatoes really thin and save time, you can use a food processor with a fine cutting blade or a vegetable iron. SERVER TIPS: Serve this dish with, for example. A lamb casserole in the winter or for fried fish in summer.
