Instructions for Røsti potatoes
To prepare the Røsti potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean and peel the potatoes and celery. Grate both roughly on a grater. They split up in a dress the vegetables e.g. a clean Tea towel. Grinder salt and pepper over the grated vegetables and close the cloth around the grated vegetables and pressure væden out. Form the vegetables into small flat pancakes and fry them golden brown in oil in the not-too-hot pan (ca. 10-15 min by direct heat). If you are going to do a lot, you can keep the finished rösti heat in a 70-degree hot oven.
Server eg. together with a good sauce and steak, but otherwise instead of regular potatoes.
