1 | tsp | Herbal salt |
150 | g | Grahams |
150 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
2.5-3 | dl | Lukewarm water |
25 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Pumpkin Seed Bread
To prepare the Pumpkin Seed Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the lukewarm water and add the oil. Stir herb salt and flour, but store some of the flour for kneading. Add the grass kernels kneaded the dough and put it on a spelled table. Eat as much flour as it can take without getting too firm and shape it into a loaf of bread. Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let it rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. Brush it if necessary. With egg yolk and bag it in a 200 degree hot oven for 10-12 minutes. Let it cool on a baker.
