To prepare the Pumpkin a la Paul Bocuse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut a lid of grass tub so it looks like a soup tureen, or witches pot. Remove seeds and selling the pulp concerned with a spoon. Fill grass coach three-quarters up with alternating layers of toasted bread cubes and gruyerost. Sprinkle with salt and pepper between the layers and pour sour cream over.
