Ingredients for Pudim of condensed milk
Milk (reuse the can from the condensed milk.) | ||
1 | can | Evaporated milk (can be purchased from all ethnic greengrocers) |

3 | tbsp | Sugar for karamellisering |
Instructions for Pudim of condensed milk
To prepare the Pudim of condensed milk recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix condensed milk, alm. Milk and egg and whip or put it in a blender and let it blend for approx. 3 min.
Melt the sugar on a pan or a mold with a hole in the middle. When the sugar is completely melted, pour a small amount of water in. (Hot) Make sure the entire bottom of the mold is covered by the caramel.
Pour the milk mixture into the oven for about 40 minutes in a water bath. A good idea is to put some silver paper on top so the cake does not get too dark on top. After about 30 minutes, remove the silver paper and cook the cake until it no longer sticks to a knife or the like.
Let the rim cool off and when it becomes lukewarm, remove it from the mold. Then put it in the refrigerator for cooling for at least 4 hours. VoilĂ !
