Instructions for Pretzel III
To prepare the Pretzel III recipe, please follow these instructions:
The flour sifted with salt and mix with 1/5 of fat. The eggs together whipped and mixed with the milk is heated to 30 degrees, at which point the yeast liquid is mixed with a bit of this.
