To prepare the Potato roulade with spinach recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes coarsely grated, mixed with the egg yolks and grated cheese, salt and pepper. Lubrication out on greaseproof paper on a baking sheet. Pressed hard together. Bake in the oven for approximately 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven until it is light brown.
Tøes up the spinach in a saucepan and cooling off. Mix with cream cheese.
Spinach mass lubricated out on potato bottom and sprinkled with red pepper into small cubes.
Rouladen rolled tightly together using. Peel off from the short side of the baking plate.
Before serving cut the rouladen in approximately 12 slices of approx. 3 cm. thickness. They are flat out on a baking sheet and lunes in the oven for about 10 mins.

This right can easily be made the day ahead of time.
