To prepare the Potato-rods recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into rods the size of thick fries.

Put them in a bag, pour some oil over, so all the potatoes are covered. Then add rosemary, peppers, crushed garlic and salt

Place the bag in the refrigerator for a few hours and turn it a few times.
