To prepare the Potato chips recipe, please follow these instructions:

The baking potatoes are scrubbed and cut into narrow boats with a sharp knife. They are fried in the oil, one handful at a time. When they are light golden they are picked up with a cavity and dripping on greasy paper. Continue the same way with the last potatoes.

Immediately before serving, the procedure is repeated and they are shortened for the second time, until they are completely golden brown.

Sprinkle with sea salt.
