Instructions for Porregratin 03
To prepare the Porregratin 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are peeled and cut into slices. The puppies are made, rinsed and cut into rings. Potatoes and pears are boiled in salt water and refluxed for 3 minutes. Then the water is poured and they are layered in a greased gratin.
The turkey breast is cut into strips and distributed over vegetables. Mornay sauce mix with white wine and season with salt, pepper and muskat. The sauce is poured over the gratin and sprinkled with the emmentalizer. The dish is gratified in the hot oven at 200 degrees (hot air 180 degrees) on 2nd row from below for 25 minutes.
