To prepare the Porcheret eggs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Water set to boil over. When it boils, add 1 dl vinegar and a little salt. Turn down the heat, leaving only bubbles back. Beat the egg in a bowl, and pour it carefully into the water. Collect white about the yolk with two spoons. It must pochere in approximately 4-5 minutes.
