5 | dl | Lukewarm milk |
50 | g | Yeast |
75 | g | Butter |
800 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Poppy seeds Horn
To prepare the Poppy seeds Horn recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the lukewarm milk. Bring salt and sugar in and add half of the flour. Spread the butter and add the rest of the flour. Eaten the dough smoothly. Set it as a shelter in a tight spot until it has doubled its extent. Divide the dough into 4 servings, each rolling out to a round plate. Cut it into triangles and roll each triangle from the wide side. Put the horns on the baking sheet covered with baking paper. Let them adhere to 15 minutes before brushing with eggs and sprinkling with birch. Behind the horns at 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
