2½ | dl | Ymer or ylette |
25 | g | Yeast |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
75 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Poppy seeds Glazing
To prepare the Poppy seeds Glazing recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan and pour it into a bowl. Add the yarn and stir the yeast out. Bring salt, sugar, grahamsmel and most of the flour in the bowl and knead it together. Add more wheat flour until the dough has a suitable consistency. Spread the dough well and let it rise for a while. Slice the dough easily and put it in a greased pan of 30x40 cm. Cut it into 20 panes with a meshed knife. Leave the windows to double size for approx. ½ hour. Brush with egg and sprinkle with birch. Bake them at 225 degrees for approx. 20 minutes at the middle of the groove. Break the windows from each other for serving.
