100gGrated onion
2dlTomato puree
200gGrahams
200gGrated carrot
200gGrated Zucchini
25gYeast
250gWheat flour
3dlLukewarm water
50gGrated cheese (10%)

Instructions for Pizzasnegle for the lunch package

To prepare the Pizzasnegle for the lunch package recipe, please follow these instructions:

- Stir yeast into the water in a large bowl.
- Add salt, grahamsmel and most of the wheat flour.
- Peel the dough and add the rest of the flour gradually. The dough must be smooth and can drop your fingers.
- Let the dough raise as you make the filling.

- Heat the oil in a pan or on a pan.
- Put onion, carrot and squash in 4-5 minutes.
- Add tomato paste and spices and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Blend if necessary. Fill if you want finer consistency or if the vegetables are to be "hidden" for picky children ;-)

- Pour the dough onto a floured table and roll it out to a square of approx. 30x45 cm.
- Grease the filling on the dough.
- Roll the dough together on the long side.
- Cut the dough for approx. 2 cm. Wide pieces and place them on a baking sheet with baking paper. Make sure there are spaces between the snails so that they can raise.
- Sprinkle the snails with cheese.
- Switch on the oven at 200 degrees (hot air: 180 degrees) and let the snails adhere while the oven is warm.
- Bake the pizza nuts for 15-20 minutes.
