Instructions for Pistachio cream
To prepare the Pistachio cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir in pistachio marcipanen out in a bit of cream. It came in a pot with the rest of the cream and the milk. Bring to the boil.
Beat the egg yolks and sugar together well. Pour the cream-milk mixture in koghede egg mixture while stir. Mix the finely chopped pistachio almonds in. Pour back in the Pan and bring to a near boil while being whipped, the cream must not boil. Then divide it.
