To prepare the Pineapple Upside Down cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
A 20 cm spring form is used
The mold is to be baked with baking paper.
Sugar and butter are well mixed together and lubricated on the bottom of the mold.
Pineapple slices are laid on the bottom of the mold and put cocktail berries in the holes of the pineapple.
Dough.
All ingredients come in one at a time and there is a good touch between each ingredient.
Before mixing, mix it with the baking soda for a good distribution.
The cake is placed in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and baked for about 60 minutes
