To prepare the Pina Colada lagkage (coconut pineapple pie cake) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the vanilla cream after directions on the bag. Blend 1 can of pineapple (without the liquid) and mix the pineapple moss in the cream when it is ready for use.
Whip cream to foam and like a little more stiff than normal. Stir some spoonfuls of the fat from the coconut milk into the whipped cream. Be careful it does not get too thin.
Butter the pineapple cream on the bottom layer cake bottom. Put the next bottom, which is also lubricated with a thin layer of ananascreme and then with a good layer of coconut cream.
Put the last layer on the layer cake and stir an icing of flour and thin from the coconut milk. Bring icing on the top bottom and sprinkle with coconut flour.
Tip: Should the cake be served only for adults you can Sprinkle the bottom with rooms to get the right pina colada flavor!
