Instructions for Piedmontese
To prepare the Piedmontese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Soaked house block. Slice the vanilla and put it in a pot of milk, honey and cream. Boil and scrape the grains into the warm milk mixture. Whip the egg yolks with the sugar, pour the warm milk mixture over with stirring. Pour back into the pan and warm to the mass thickens slightly. Melt the house blossom and pour the mixture into individual molds. Put them cool for a few hours, tilde is fixed. They do not get stiff, but should be left inviting on the plate when they are carefully loosened with a knife at the edge. Karamelsovs: Sugar is melted on a pan with constant stirring. When the sugar turns dark brown, add water to dissolve the caramel, then the liquid boils until it thickens easily. Set cold and given to the dessert.
