Ingredients for Pie

0.5 | dl | Lukewarm water |
0.5 | dl | Milk |
0.5 | tsp | Sugar |

100 | g | Cheese/Quark |
2 | tbsp | Margarine |
200 | g | Wheat flour |
2-3 | tbsp | Shrimp |
4 | Paragraph spinach squares |
Instructions for Pie
To prepare the Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: melt the butter in a bowl and mix the flour. Add the water gradually. Pour the dough into a ball and style it in the refrigerator 30min.
Lay the dough into the molds, cover them with baking paper and chick peas. Bake for 15min at 200C. Let it cool a little.
Filling:
Mix prawns, lemon, salt, pepper and spinach - style it on the fridge.
Mix eggs, milk and cheese.
Now pour the filling into the pies and cover if necessary. With extra dough in strips or other decorations.
tips:
I bought two small pie shapes for this - the pie can also be made in a alm. Tart off, but add extra shrimp, spinach and egg. Can be enjoyed with a spicy cold cream fraiche.
