Instructions for Peppery salad
To prepare the Peppery salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the peppers, cut them into thin rings and fry them in olive oil, to the Tanner. Take them up and put them in a halvdyb Bowl. Stir the yoghurt with salt and garlic. If the yoghurt is very thin, then pour it in a towel in a sieve and let some of the væden run from. Pour the sauce over the peppers.
Server warm or cold. As an accessory, it is good with small delicate peas cooked with shallots and 1 teaspoon of sugar-as well as bread or solve rice.
