1 | dl | Water |
125 | g | Margarine |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tbsp | Cocoa |
3 | Eggs | |
3 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
3.5 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Pencil cake
To prepare the Pencil cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg and sugar. Add warm water. Sift flour and baking soda. Bake in frying pan 35-40 min at 180 degrees C. alm. oven.
Insert many holes in the cake. eg. With the end of a pencil while the cake is hot. (Here I am using a knitting stitch number 8).
Sovs: Boiled together. The sauce comes hot in the holes when the cake is cooled a little. Decorated with floral gel.
