0.5 | dl | Grated dark chocolate |
1 | dl | Strong coffee |
3 | Egg yolks | |
3 | tbsp | Icing sugar |
3 | dl | Whipped cream |
4-5 | Filled chocolates with Peppermint (after eight) |
Instructions for Pebermynteis
To prepare the Pebermynteis recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the egg yolks well with a flourish. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and let it warm slowly during whipping. Stir or whip all the time until it starts to level. Then take the pot from the heat. Bring the stuffed chocolates and whip until they are melted. Let the cream cool. Whip the cream stiff and mix it gently into the cream. Pour the dessert in a rinsed form or in a serving bowl. Put the mold in the freezer for approx. 3 hours for a large portion and approx. 1½ hour for portion sizes. Sprinkle with fried chocolate at the dishes.
