To prepare the Pears baked in cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter 4 individual bowls, and favor the peeled and sliced pears. Beat the egg yolks very bright and airy, with sugar and vanilla. Whip the cream and milk in boiling, and boil the cream thoroughly. Advantage of the cream over the pears. Sprinkle with finely chopped almonds, and style the bowls in a preheated oven at 170C for 25 minutes until the cream is clotted. Serve warm, if desired. with a little cold sour cream or a little vanilla ice cream.
