Instructions for Pear Pie
To prepare the Pear Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the butter into smaller pieces and crumble it in the flour. Mix sugar, vanilla sugar and ginger. Collect the dough quickly with egg and water. Put the dough cold for 1 hour.
Butter a pie shape or spring shape (about 24 cm in diameter). Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll each piece into a round plate that fits the shape. Put one part into the bottom of the mold and squeeze the dough along the edge.
Peel the bulbs and fling them. Take out the core housing and put half the bulbs in the shape with the curved side upwards, and with the stalk towards the center.
Place the other plate dough over the bulbs and press firmly on the edge. Brush with cold water and sprinkle with a little sugar.
Pour the pie in the middle of the oven for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Serve the luncheon.
