Instructions for Peanutbutter cookies
To prepare the Peanutbutter cookies recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the butter into small pieces, let it have room temperature and whip it creamy with sugar and dough (use a hand mixer). Whip the egg together with peanut butter. Sieve flour, vanilla sugar, baking soda and salt together and stir in the dough.
Whip egg whites easily. Chop the peanuts roughly.
Roll balls of dough on the size of table tennis balls, and turn them into egg white and then chopped peanuts. Put the spheres on the baking paper at a good distance, and press them lightly flat with a wet fork.
Bake 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees C. hot air.
Pull the paper over to a baking tray and allow the cakes to cool. Store in tightly sealed cans.
