Instructions for Pasta with chicken liver
To prepare the Pasta with chicken liver recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the chicken liver up and free it for late and possibly. Yellow bile. Cut each live in 3-4 pieces. Chop bacon roughly. Gain the vegetables and chop them roughly.
Saute the bacon in a medium-sized frying pan until it is light golden. Add the vegetables and simmer 4-5 minutes at slightly lower heat.
Reheat the heat again and add the chicken liver. Stir 2-3 minutes.
Add the spices, the bouillon and the wine and let the wine boil halfway. Add the slightly crushed, peeled tomatoes and soften the heat. Let the sauce boil approx. 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the sauce together with freshly cooked pasta and freshly ground Parmesan.
tips:
Variation:
You can taste the sauce with finely chopped peel of 1/4 lemon. It tastes good for the liver. If the dish is to be a little leaner, replace the bacon with smoked tenderloin and 1/2 tablespoon olive oil for sautering.
