2tbspGrated Parmesan cheese
200gFresh mozzarella (but also a good grated processed cheese can be used)
400gPens-with or without grooves according to taste

To prepare the Pasta pen in dish with mozzarella recipe, please follow these instructions:

Say the liquid from the peeled tomatoes (save a little of it if the sauce is boiled a lot). Cut the whole tomatoes into big terns.

Shake the chopped garlic in a deep pan. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano and basil. Let the "suction" bubble while the pasta boils. Cut the fresh mozzarella cheese into small tern in the meantime.

When cooked, place the pasta in an ovenproof dish. Then sprinkle the mozzarella dice first, then sauce and finally a few spoonfuls of parmesan cheese.

Put the dish in a heated oven - approx. 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
